Actual or attempted unauthorized use of or access to such areas may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. Permission to use any software contained within the Site is granted only if you have registered to use the Site. If you are permitted to use the Site and software, AAA Life grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, temporary license to use the software. The software will remain the sole and exclusive property of AAA Life or its third party vendor. If at any time, AAA Life’s authorization to use any software expires or terminates, your license to use the software is immediately and automatically revoked without any further action or notice to you. These Terms and Conditions of Use and any use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan without reference to its conflicts of laws provisions and the federal laws of the United States of America as to their interpretation, validity and effect. AAA Life makes no representation that materials in the Site are appropriate or available for use outside the United States of America. If you access the Site from other locations, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. You consent to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located within the State of Michigan for any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Site.
